What can be done for negative pressure in ears – am 76 – have used steroid nose spray for 2 months without results. Getting really hard to cope.

Dolores return to an Ear Nose specialist. Make sure you do not have fluid in your middle ear. Some times getting images taken such MRI or CT scan can help pick up the problem
