Our recipe replaces the heavy cream with fresh avocado. AVOCADO. We also cut the sugar as well, but, we dont think you will miss it for a moment. Here’s the recipe to make a lighter healthier, chocolatey, creamy, DELICIOUS avocado mousse.

You need 4 ripe avocados
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit with a knife. If you strike the pit will the knife it should stick to the blade and come out easily.
Remove the avocado from the skin and place in a mixing bowl. The avocado is soft and creamy and replaces the heavy cream in typical mousse.
In your mixing bowl, combine:
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4c coconut oil
1/2c cocoa powder
Blend everything together in food processor. Once blended, serve in desired glass or dish and add fresh fruits for added taste.
