Kim Kardashian Reveals She Takes 35 Supplements a Day

Kim Kardashian says she takes about 35 supplements every day, but even she has limits when it comes to keeping up with a strict wellness routine.
According to People, the 45-year-old mother of four opened up about her daily health habits during an appearance on Amy Poehler’s Good Hang podcast on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. Kardashian said, “I take probably 35 supplements a day,” adding that she spreads them out “three times a day.”
As people age, they get more familiar with managing vitamins, prescriptions, doctor visits, and health routines. However, Kardashian’s routine is just the celebrity version turned all the way up.
In Kardashian’s appearance, one specific example stood out. Kardashian said fish oil became a problem because of what she called “pill fatigue.”
“I thought, ‘Okay, I can’t do this fish oil anymore. I have pill fatigue. I have to stop these fish oil [supplements],’” she said. After getting bloodwork done, Kardashian said it was clear she had stopped taking it, and she had to begin again.
Kardashian joked about wanting an easier option, saying, “I wish there was like an IV drip I could do every day, and I would just do it on my way to work.”

The family scan routine
Kardashian also shared that she and her family use a portable DEXA scan service to track bone density and body health.
“I actually know a portable DEXA scan person that comes in a van and you lay down,” she said. “Each one of my sisters and my mom, we all live in the same gated community, so we have the van drive by and we all jump in the van.”
It sounds like something from a futuristic version of a house call. Not exactly the old-school doctor visit many of us grew up with, but the goal is familiar, catch issues early and know what’s going on inside your body.
What doctors found before
This is not the first time Kardashian has spoken publicly about health scans.
In a November 2025 episode of The Kardashians, she said doctors found an aneurysm in her brain after she had a Prenuvo scan. People reported that Kardashian told Kourtney Kardashian, “Everything looks great. But you have an aneurysm in your brain,” and said doctors told her it had likely been there for years.
Shortly before that episode aired, Kardashian also spoke about the news on Good Morning America. Her message was simple. “Health is wealth,” she said, while encouraging people to make sure they “always check everything.”
Are supplements worth taking?

Supplements can help some people, especially when there’s a real deficiency or a doctor recommends them. But more is not always better.
The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements states that some supplements can help people get enough essential nutrients, but they can’t replace a healthy eating routine. Additionally, the NIH also shows omega-3s from fish oil may lower triglyceride levels, although the benefits depend on the person and their diet.
The NCCIH adds that people should talk with their health care providers about supplements, especially because they can interact with medications or affect safety.
The real takeaway
Kardashian’s supplement routine may not be realistic for most people. However, the bigger message is useful. Get regular check-ups. Ask about bloodwork. Talk to your doctor before starting or stopping supplements. Stay on top of scans and screenings that make sense for your age, history, and risk factors.
