Relaxation… there’s an app for that

We could all use a few minutes to just relax and refocus, but, lets be honest with each other do any of us have time for this?

There is an app that aims to help you with relaxation and focus. The app is called Calm and it can guide you to meditate, sleep, relax, and focus.

The app will walk you through guided meditation sessions for up to 30 minutes at a time. You can even take part in a 7 day challenge titled 7 days of calm to help make meditation part of your daily routine.

If you have relaxation and meditation well integrated into your life…. call me, but, for the rest of us there is even a quick refresher with beautiful nature scenes and background sounds to help you find some relaxation during your day.

The base app is free and so are many of the highlights, but, there is also a premium service that allows you to access additional features. The premium version costs 0.99 per month or 49.99 for a year.
