Time for tea

Stress. If by some odd chance, you've never felt it, surely you've heard of it. There are actually some people who thrive on the associated adrenaline rush. I'm convinced those people will meet an early grave. I'm also convinced some of them deserve an early grave.

So many of us spend so much time getting stressed over the various ways of relieving stress. The importance of exercise is always stressed in the media, but then we stress over finding or not finding the time for exercise.

Well sit back, relax (easier said than done), and pour yourself a cup of tea. Black tea. It's not mentioned as often as green tea, but black has plenty of antioxidants, too. A University College London study found that tea drinkers de-stressed much faster than the fake tea drinkers.

And if you take the time to drink that cup of tea, you'll be able to figure out when to squeeze in the 20 minutes on the treadmill.
