I Heart Fish Oil

by Lawrence La Raia
Posted on Sep 20, 2006

This poorly proofed Yahoo! News article spells out the health benefits of fish oil to protect individuals from fatal heart rhythm disturbances. Of course the study mentioned involved computer simulated "apparently people". (Umm... editorial review, please?) Apparently, fish oil is believed to be more successful than defibrillators in combatting heart arrhythmias.

Add this study to other studies that have found benefits to those suffering from arthritis, macular degeneration, hyperactivity, and Alzheimer's Disease. I'm going to grab a spoon right now. I wonder if castor oil was this good for you.
