Cabernet Sauvignon Reduces Alzheimer’s Risk

Good news for your corkscrew, but not for the chardonnay crowd: When choosing a wine to complement your lack of interest in developing Alzheimer’s Disease, select a Cabernet Sauvignon.

I think the mice that drew the straw for this study at Mount Sinai School of Medicine probably fared better than many of their peers.

The AHN article does not address what type of cheese to serve to lab mice with their Cabernet Sauvignon.
