How can I get a transcript copy of the show, Winning the war on cancer?

I was dx with one of the most aggressive forms of breast cancer almost 5 yrs ago today. It has been a true battle. I found your show called “Winning the War on Caner” very informative and interesting. I have TRIED to find a link online that I could copy so I can post it for the women on my breast cancer forum I belong too. I told them all about this show and they missed it and SO want to see it.

The one link I found says it’s temporarly down. Can you please provide a link so other women like myself can watch this video…I know they will like it as much as I did. Thank you.

I’d like to add one more thing. Please continue to do MORE shows like this one on cancer. Personally I am very well informed and unfortunetly since my cancer dx I have learned more about cancer then I ever wanted to know.

But shows like “Winning the war on Cancer” keeps it out there in the public’s eye which is so important. So many need to see we are making progress…however in my opinion far too slow. In 40 yrs we should be so much further along! Sometimes I can’t help but believe in the conspircy theory that they don’t want a REAL cure. Just MORE treatments that keep the pharma companies in business. It’s also interesting now that we are working towards MORE targeted therapies which aren’t as toxic, and so much easier for us handle…the FDA is so quick to stop them. There is a drug now called T-DM1…it’s a “super Herceptin” so to speak which is at phase III trials. The HARD data on this drug has been excellent and has gotten stage IV breast cancer women to be cancer free with little to no side affects. But the FDA had now found a way to STOP the early release of this drug. It needs more trials…thats unacceptable. When your stage IV like I am…the alternative of NOT having this drug available to me is pretty grime. The trials for T-DM1 has proven to be very safe…results fantastic. But NOW they are staying we women should have to run through all the other TOXIC chemo combo’s first before we get to try this drug. That is absolutely ridiculous. To put us through 7 or 8 TOXIC chemo combo’s BEFORE we can even try this proven targeted therapy just goes to show me it’s all about the MONEY. Most of these women that HAVE to spend yrs on these toxic chemo’s just to stay alive destroys their bodies. Where as this newer less toxic drug (T-DM1) is so much easier on the body and you can function on it well. It SHOULD be fast tracked so we can have it. It would be so much cheaper in the long run to give us this TDM-1 then to ravish our bodies with all the toxic chemo drugs first which can literally kill you. There’s not much left of us after yrs onn toxic drugs. Something sure stinks when they work so hard for indiviulized cancer treatments…make these never targeted therapies…yet STOP us from having them.

Please continue your shows on cancer treatments…I wish you would have on JUST on this T-DM1 issue. I went out to see Dr. Slamon at UCLA a yr ago. He is the one that made/fought tooth and nail for HERCEPTIN. (Targeted therapy) that has literally SAVED thousands of women with this one drug alone. He was very excited about T-DM1. I wish the media would go out to UCLA, MD Anderson and talk to them about this drug which just might turn out to be a magic bullet. (Which the pharma companies don’t want IMHO) If they did…they would fast track this drug now.
